Custom Printed Product Return Policy

Every single decal, label or sticker we produce here at Quick Signs is a custom product that can't be resold. Since these products are custom in nature, there are really no returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective. If there is a problem with your order, upon receipt, please contact us immediately by email or phone to discuss the issue at hand. We pride ourselves on producing quality products and providing excellent customer service so that your custom decals, labels or stickers will satisfy your needs, budget and expectations. If however, your order is damaged during transit; you are not satisfied with your purchase; or your product is different from your submitted order instructions, please contact your sales representative within 24 hours to rectify the matter.

The following scenarios will not be covered under our warranty:

Artwork errors: Most all orders will receive a visual proof via email to confirm that the file is "okay to print." It is the customers responsibility to completely review the file for any errors before giving us the green light to go ahead and print the order (this includes all "print-ready" files as well as custom designed files we produce for you). Our design team carefully inspects all submitted art files for overall printability. If there are issues with submitted artwork the customer will be informed before going to print. When the customer submits their final approval, we no longer assume responsibility for any errors, including but not limited to: misspellings, grammatical errors, inferior quality graphics or low-resolution images.

Time sensitive products that aren't ordered accordingly: When ordering time sensitive products the customer needs to be aware of production times and transit times. Once your product leaves our facilities, we are not in control of delivery, and have very limited options in adjusting or upgrading shipping options. We use UPS as our shipping carrier. UPS operates by business days that consist of Monday-Friday for deliveries (they don't typically deliver on the weekend unless specifically instructed to do so). If you need your product turned around very quickly because of short deadlines, please select "Rush" services and expedite your shipping accordingly depending on your packages delivery location. It is always best, when ordering your product(s), to allow yourself an extra day and have the package arrive at least one day in advance of your deadline. Please see our Turnaround Time/Transit Schedule before ordering to ensure you order arrives on time.

Color variations: All our printers are color-calibrated for the best possible digital color output, we cannot guarantee exact color matches, unless a color match service is requested (a fee will apply). Various medias accept ink coverage differently which can affect the overall color trying to be achieved. We try our best to reasonably resemble the color that is sent on the visual proof that we send to our customers. If your job is color-critical, please speak with your sales representative, to discuss the best way to achieve the color you are tyring to have printed. Please note, we utilize a full color CMYK printing process, and any RGB files will automatically be converted to our color mode which can cause a major color shift. To avoid this issue please convert your RGB images to CMYK before submitting your artwork and adjust them accordingly.

Customer application/installation errors: We can't guarantee any self-installed issues that could occur with our adhesive products. If you are not familiar with decal installation we highly suggest you view our "How To Apply Vinyl" video before attempting to install your newly purchased decal, label, sticker or lettering. If you have any questions about installation, please call us at (866) 267-4467, before attempting to apply your product. If installation errors do happen, please call your sales representative immediately, as they might be able to assist you in correcting the problem and save you from having to purchase another decal.
